Custom Suit Policies
We take our custom work seriously and want you to be totally satisfied and confident wearing our product. At the time of placing an order for a custom garment, 40% of the total amount is due with the remaining 60% due at pickup. Custom garments may need multiple fittings for minor adjustments. Our custom suits have lifetime free tailoring on all standard alterations. Fabric choices are not always guaranteed.
Custom suits are fully refundable for five days after placing an order, minus a $30 fitting fee. After 5 days, a custom order is considered "locked-in". The customer is still eligible for a refund minus a restocking fee (restocking fee: up to 20% of the total cost). Refunds are not eligible after an item that has been picked up.
