Appointments and Walk-ins

If you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please give us a call. Appointments that are running 15 minutes late without calling will be marked as a no-show. After this period of 15 minutes, we may not be able to accommodate you.


When might you need to schedule an appointment?


Alterations appointments for bridal gowns, prom dresses and other formal wear requires an appointment.


If you have more than 3 items that need altered, we suggest you schedule an appointment


We accept walk-ins for single items, minor fixes, and any item not listed above. Walk-ins may not be guaranteed.



Payment

Your payment is an authorization to perform alterations on your garment. We request payment on the day you drop off your garments.


We take most forms of payment, including cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are not taking checks at this time.



Adjustments on Completed Alts.

We strive for your satisfaction with our work. We are more than happy to make further adjustments to an already completed alteration for you without an additional charge.


If you are unable to try-on your garments at pick up, we recommend you try them on ASAP after leaving our shop. If there are any changes to be made, please call and return as soon as you are able.


Please note that if we do not hear back from you after 5 calendar days have passed since pick up, we will not be able to make changes without an additional charge.



Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with our work, we want to make it right for you! Let us know immediately, and we will work to resolve your issue. We hope that with this policy, a refund will not be necessary.


For Bridal Gowns, you are entitled to a full refund (-$30 fitting fee) if your alterations have not been started. If we have already begun alterations, we cannot issue a refund.


For all other garments, please call us immediately if you decide that you do not wish for your items to be altered. Unless it is a rush alteration, you will receive a full refund (-10% fitting fee of total alteration cost ) if we are notified within 7 calendar days after payment is given. If we have already begun alterations, we cannot issue a refund.



Rush Alterations

Rush alterations are subject to our work capacity. This can change daily and even hourly, so we recommend you call us before entering the store to ensure that we are able to perform your alterations within the given time.


For rush alterations needed within 2 weeks, a 1.25x charge will be incurred on the total cost.


For rush alterations needed within 1 week, a 1.5x charge will be incurred on the total cost.


For rush alterations needed within 2 days, a 2.0x charge will be incurred on the total cost.
